Returns & Exchanges

At Sunday Edition, each candle is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before it leaves our studio. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we are committed to ensuring your experience is exceptional.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to issue a replacement or refund. Please email us with photos and documentation within 14 business days of receiving your order so we can make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact us at contact@sundayeditionstudio.com to initiate a return request. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and offer the appropriate solution.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to complete the return request. Once approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
