All in-stock candles ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Because our candles are crafted in small batches, some styles may be listed as pre-order. Pre-order items are made to order and may take up to 10 days to ship. This will always be clearly noted at checkout.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our candles, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund the item. Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note: Refunds and replacements are only issued for items damaged during transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our candles are handcrafted in intimate batches, ensuring the quality and intention behind every pour. On occasion, particularly during the holiday season, select pieces may sell out while we replenish our studio shelves.
